A solid ice cream sandwich. My old man brought home one of their homemade ice cream sandwiches, the vanilla and strawberry one, and I must say it was quite good. Cookie didn't crack and crumble apart from the ice cream like some do, sticking to the cold filling like a bandaid. The flavor was nice too, more cake like than cookie. This paired well with the ice cream, which was subtly sweet, not overpowering, with a nice tartness from the strawberry swirls. Hopefully I get to visit myself someday, so I can try some of their other creations.

Not only are thier Gluten Free baked goods delicious, but their pastry chef creates dessert items you'd expect to find in a 5 star restaurant (and you'd never notice they are GF). The parfaits are amazing (and my favorite.) I personally don't need to eat GF, but go there because of the high quality, clean ingredients. They now post some videos on their Facebook page. Very cool to watch.

We ordered this Sonic-themed vanilla salted caramel cake from Different Blends Bakery for my boys, and it came out PERFECT! The design was so detailed and creative. Not only did it look amazing, but the flavor was even better. The vanilla cake was super moist, and the salted caramel added the perfect touch without being too sweet. Everything from the presentation to the taste was on point. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be ordering again for our next celebration!

I have gone here many times and everything has been delicious! So, I special ordered a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. When I ordered it, I made them aware of his allergies of chocolate and tree nuts and they said it was possible to make a cake without either. I go to pick up the cake and the writing is obviously written in chocolate. I confirm with them that the cake did not have chocolate or tree nuts and when the baker came out she said “it’s only the writing” and seemed annoyed. After some back and forth, about how even the writing being in chocolate is an issue, they ended up scrapping the writing off and gave us a slice of a different cake as an apology. They did make me aware that the cake will have cross contamination of chocolate and that they cannot ensure it’s say for him to eat. Please be careful when ordering with allergies

I ordered a XXX Chocolate Cake or a special birthday cake. The Different Blend Team made the most delicious Gluten Free Chocolate cake and none of the guests knew that the cake was GF! The buttercream was perfect and not overly sweet. Thank You So Much Different Blend Bakery for a Birthday cake Right in the middle of the Holidays! 💜💜 Enjoy your time off, you all deserve the rest!
